Dear Tarzi,
I am glad to hear that MTCF is established. The institutionaliseation of the Tarzi name is very important since the Tarzi familly has positive contributions for the Turkish-Afghan relations since many years .On this occacion i am sending my congratulaions and best wishes for success.
