Sardar Omar jan Tarzi,
At last MTCF has reached its target and I am very happy for that. In a short way I can describe Omar jan as follows: He is a true inheritor of grand Tarzi, he has openned Tarzi’s pen and cultural legacy to the rest of the inheritors. Because of this; I congratulate his post as president of MTCF from my heart with all my sincere wishes and I would like to confirm that I will support all kinds of new attempts he will take.
